There's a point in Arc Raiders where the game stops being gentle, and Safe Harbor is usually it. Tian Wen sends you after a Precision Gimbal, and it sounds like a simple fetch job until you remember how Riven Tides works. One bad route, one loud fight, one greedy detour, and the whole run can fall apart. Getting Into Hotel Panorama Azzurro
Your first stop is the west side of Riven Tides, at Hotel Panorama Azzurro. You can't really miss it. It's huge, broken up, and usually not as empty as you'd like. ARC units move through the area often, and Shredders are the ones to respect. Don't try to be clever with them unless you've got space and a plan. A lot of players prefer slipping in from the south because it gives you a cleaner approach and fewer awkward sightlines. Once inside, start climbing. Stairs, zipline, whatever you can safely use. Your target is the rooftop restaurant, more specifically the kitchen area.



The Small Clue That's Easy To Miss
Up in the kitchen, slow down for a moment. This isn't the kind of objective where the game drops a giant marker in your lap. You're looking for a small drawing of a tennis racket. It can blend into the mess if you're sprinting around, looting every drawer and listening for footsteps. Check the walls and nearby surfaces carefully. When you inspect it, the quest pushes you toward the next location. That little sketch is the clue that points you away from the hotel and toward the recreational area.



Crossing To The Tennis Courts
Now comes the uncomfortable bit. You need to move northwest, and there's plenty of open ground between you and the courts. Don't just run in a straight line because that's how you get spotted. Use broken cover, pause often, and listen. Sometimes it's better to wait ten seconds than to blunder into a patrol or another raider who heard gunfire nearby. When you reach the tennis courts, avoid standing in the middle like a signpost. Search around the benches and the billboard. The dig spot is subtle, with dirt that looks out of place. Interact with it, and the Precision Gimbal goes into your inventory.



Leaving With The Gimbal
Picking it up isn't the end of the job. It's the part where you start playing more carefully. If you've got a safe pocket, use it straight away. Don't tell yourself you'll do it later. If you go down before extraction, Safe Harbor can send you right back to the beginning, and that stings. Head for a workable evac point, such as Customs House if the route looks clean, but don't force it through heavy contact. Once you make it out, return to Tian Wen and hand over the tech. The reward is useful, but the better payoff is how the mission opens more background on the Rust Belt, the old-world tech, and the trouble brewing around the mutiny threads. Bring dependable ARC Raiders weapons if you can, keep your noise down, and treat the extraction as part of the objective, not a victory lap.
